We want you to love your ORLY color; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and have been used only minimally for testing purposes.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print at your convenience.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack the nail lacquers or treatments in their original box or a similar protective mailer to prevent breakage during transit.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
